Business Analyst/Project Lead (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Business Analyst/Project Lead to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 25% remote work. Skills & Qualifications: • No C2C; W-2 only • 5 years of experience with: • Analyzing, documenting, and improving business and system processes using various tools and methodologies • SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HRIS systems • Creating user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation • Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) • 3 years of experience with HR/Payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks • Reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization in SAP or Power BI Preferred Skills: • Experience with: • NIST Industry Standard Information Security Practices • IT implementation projects Key Responsibilities: • Assist in supporting and improving internal HR processes and optimizing workflows to better leverage the platform and other company systems Education/Certifications: • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000.
