Business Analyst/Technical Architect β Job Description:
Weβre looking for a strategic Business Analyst / Technical Architect to partner closely with cross-functional teams across Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience. The clientβs mission for this candidate is to deliver systems and solutions that drive conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. Support Sales by partnering with them in enabling digital sales room capabilities, help identify and resolve customer friction points, improve lifetime value (LTV).
This role is ideal for someone who can speak both business and technology, thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment, and has experience delivering high-impact solutions in B2C commerce, sales enablement, and digital engagement platforms.
BA/Technical Architect - Key Responsibilities:
β’ Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to align digital capabilities with business goals such as LTV, retention, and conversion.
β’ Identify and analyze customer pain points across channels and help define solutions that reduce friction and improve experience.
β’ Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, working with development and integration teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
β’ Lead the design and refinement of key systems supporting eCommerce (Java-based), mobile apps, AI chatbots, CRM (Salesforce), MuleSoft, and more.
β’ Guide the evolution of headless commerce and CMS integrations to support modern digital experiences.
β’ Shape product and technical roadmaps that support business growth strategies.
β’ Support loyalty initiatives, personalization, and promotions with data-driven requirements and KPIs.
β’ Drive agile delivery by supporting backlog prioritization, story mapping, QA, and stakeholder communication.
β’ Ensure data privacy, compliance (PCI, CCPA, GDPR), and reporting needs are met in system design and delivery.
BA/Technical Architect - Required Skills β MUST HAVES:
β’ 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect in digital or eCommerce environments.
β’ Deep understanding of B2C commerce, mobile apps, customer journeys, and digital growth strategies.
β’ Strong experience working with Salesforce, MuleSoft, APIs, and headless CMS systems.
β’ Familiarity with customer data platforms, loyalty systems, and marketing attribution tools.
β’ Able to map user experience gaps and turn them into actionable, scalable system improvements.
β’ Excellent communicator and collaborator across business and technical teams.
β’ Experience working in agile environments with product owners, engineers, and QA teams.
β’ Knowledge of payment systems, PCI compliance, and customer privacy regulations.
Preferred
β’ Experience in health, wellness, or consumer products industries.
β’ Familiarity with tools like Builder.io or similar platforms.
β’ Background in AI-driven customer experiences or product recommendation engines.
