This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, you’ll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group. Delivers professional activities in the Business Analytics job family. Analyzes data to inform business and product decisions. Conducts data mining, routine analyses and compiles standard reports. Blends historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources as input to analyses. Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas. Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review. May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in Business Analytics. • 2+ years of relevant experience • At keast 1 year of heavy Tableau experience is a must (please provide a couple dashboards they have built with resume) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain Tableau dashboards to internal teams and end users • Be able to articulate data, what it means, tell a story Preferred But NOT Required • Healthcare background • SQL knowledge • Knowledge of how to read code (ex: Python, Go) High school diploma or GED Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, and expectation) The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $27 - 31/hr Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)
