Business Analytics Summer Associate (Healthcare / Pharma) Location: East Hanover, NJ (Onsite) Duration: 6+ months Business Analytics Summer Associate to support the Targeting & Next Best Actions (TNBA) team. This is a business-facing role focused on translating field team needs into data-driven targeting and engagement capabilities. What You’ll Do • Partner with medical field teams, account managers, and sales leadership to understand business needs • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases • Coordinate with analytics, data science, CRM, and omnichannel teams • Support governance, compliance, and documentation activities • Help drive adoption through training materials, playbooks, and feedback collection • Assist with reporting, dashboards, and quarterly updates Who You Are • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Business, Analytics, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related fields • Strong analytical and communication skills • Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint; dashboard tools are a plus • Interested in healthcare, analytics, and business strategy • Collaborative, curious, and comfortable working cross-functionally Nice to Have • Internship or project experience in healthcare, consulting, or analytics • Exposure to CRM, customer engagement, or regulated environments • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python (not required) Why Join • Gain hands-on experience with real-world healthcare analytics • Work closely with business and analytics leaders • Build foundational skills in business analysis and stakeholder engagement
