Business and Change Analyst (SAP)

Job Title: Business and Change Analyst Location: London (Hybrid 3 days on-site) Contract Length: Initial 6 months, potential to extend to 12 months Day Rate: Negotiable (£600+) IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Business and Change Analyst with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors, HR reporting, and business process modelling. You will play a pivotal role in delivering critical reporting and transformation workstreams as part of a major ERP programme. Key Requirements: • 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrable SAP SuccessFactors expertise (ideally certified) • Strong experience with SAP HR (PA, OM, PY) and related reporting tools (e.g. Story Reports, SAP Analytics Cloud) • Skilled in Business Process Modelling (BPMN), SOP documentation, and advanced Excel • Experience gathering reporting requirements and delivering SAP reporting solutions • Familiar with ERP governance, transformation programmes, and agile delivery environments Desirable Skills: • Power BI or similar BI tool experience • Knowledge of Ingentis org.manager • Experience with large-scale HR or ERP system transformations • Proficiency with Visio for process mapping Programme Context: You’ll be contributing to a significant ERP transformation programme replacing legacy systems with SAP solutions, including SuccessFactors, SAP Finance, Expenses, and Reporting.
