The Data Analytics team is searching for a talented Business Data Analyst to drive initiatives across the Canadian Business. We are an exciting, fast paced, and innovative team, leveraging industry-leading tools and best practices. As a Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing analyses and insights to better understand our customers, and making meaningful impact to drive key business outcomes. You will collect, analyze, and model data to advance the customer analytics space and build a broad understanding of the SBG customer and relevant segments. Working cross functionally, at all levels, your work will help inform our efforts in acquisition, retention, and segmentation, by converting complex business strategy/stakeholder requirements to metrics and data visualizations.
