Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a Mid to Senior Data Analyst to join our team and drive impactful business insights across a fast-paced, enterprise environment. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in SQL, data visualization, and reporting, combined with the ability to communicate data-driven findings effectively to stakeholders. Experience working in large companies and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets. • Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI (or similar tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.). • Utilize Microsoft Excel to manipulate, model, and analyze complex data sets. • Create and deliver compelling presentations and reports using PowerPoint for internal business teams and leadership. • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, generate or refine SQL queries, and validate query outputs. • Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to understand analytical needs and provide data-driven insights. • Present findings and recommendations clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders and executives. • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across various sources and systems. Qualifications: • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL in a business or analytics environment. • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling). • Proficiency in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations for business audiences. • Familiarity with AI tools to aid in data analysis or query development (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.). • Demonstrated ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders and business users. • Experience working in large, enterprise environments. • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Additional Requirements: • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder. • Must currently reside in Palm Beach County, Florida. • Comfortable working onsite or in a hybrid setup as required. Preferred Skills: • Exposure to data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, or cloud platforms (AWS) • Knowledge of business operations in finance, marketing, or operations analytics. • Background in statistics or data science is a plus.
