Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Data Analyst with a strong background in the Insurance P&C domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business analysis, data analysis, and process modeling, along with hands-on experience in tools such as SNOW and Rally. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, gathering and analyzing requirements, and supporting projects through effective documentation, process improvement, and testing activities.
Responsibilities:
β’ Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
β’ Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data modeling to support business initiatives.
β’ Document and improve business process flows and business process modeling.
β’ Support project delivery using SNOW and Rally for task tracking and issue management.
β’ Prepare clear and concise business writing, including functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
β’ Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure requirements are met.
β’ Conduct and support testing of various methodologies to validate business solutions.
β’ Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment.
β’ Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
β’ Ensure all deliverables meet compliance and regulatory requirements for the P&C Insurance domain.
Qualifications:
β’ 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
β’ Strong experience in the P&C Insurance domain.
β’ Hands-on experience with SNOW and Rally tools.
β’ Proficiency in Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, and Data Modeling.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Excellent communication and business writing skills.
β’ Experience in testing methodologies to ensure solution quality.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
