Business Data Analyst

We’re seeking to connect a BA – Data Analyst with a leading healthcare organization on a contract basis. The role is remote. As a BA – Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in aligning business needs with reliable enterprise data, supporting optimization initiatives and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities: • Gather and document business and technical requirements • Analyze workflows and translate needs into actionable specifications • Join, map, and normalize data across enterprise platforms • Develop crosswalk tables and resolve data inconsistencies • Support system migrations and optimization efforts • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and data analysis • Experience with SQL, Python, ETL tools, or similar technologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Experience in healthcare IT environments preferred Expected Pay and Benefits: • Competitive hourly pay • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • 401(k) program If this role is an ideal fit for you, we want to hear from you.
