Job Title: Business / Data Analyst (F2B Model Lifecycle) Location: NYC, NY Duration: 12 months Job Summary: Job Title: Business / Data Analyst (F2B Model Lifecycle) We are seeking an Expert Business/Data Analyst to work with cross functional teams to understand, document, and optimize F2B Model Lifecycle data flows and business processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands on data analysis using SQL and Python, and the ability to translate ambiguous product problems into clear, structured requirements. The candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), closely collaborating with Product Owners and QA Automation teams to refine requirements and define test scenarios for system and integration testing. Key Responsibilities • Work with cross functional teams to understand and document F2B Model Lifecycle data flows and business processes • Partner with Product Owners to refine and clarify business requirements • Translate business and user goals into detailed product requirements and user stories • Collaborate with QA automation teams to define system and integration test scenarios • Analyze and validate data using SQL and Python • Work with APIs and data models, ensuring alignment with overall system architecture • Break down ambiguous product or business problems into structured, actionable analysis • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the domain and solution • Communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders Required Skillset • Strong experience in data analysis using SQL and Python • Experience working with APIs, data models, and a solid understanding of system architecture • Proven ability to structure and analyze ambiguous product problems • Expertise in translating business needs into product requirements and user stories • Strong cross functional collaboration skills • Good understanding of Model Risk Management (MRM) • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Mandatory Requirement • Hands on experience using AI coding agents, such as: • GitHub Copilot • AMP • Claude Code • Experience with AI coding agents is a mandatory requirement for this role. Ideal Candidate Profile • Expert level Business/Data Analyst with strong analytical depth • Comfortable acting as an SME across business, data, and system architecture discussions • Able to clearly explain analysis, assumptions, and decisions to stakeholders • Experienced working in complex, regulated environments involving Model Risk Management
