About the Role We need a Technical Business Analyst (10+ years) who has extensive Azure Data and Data Warehouse experience who is more of a data modeler/architect with expertise in financial services. Responsibilities • CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE RECENT LOCAL PROJECTS TO THE DALLAS AREA AND HAVE RECENT BANKING OR CAPITAL MARKETS/AZURE DATA EXPERIENCE. • CANDIDATES MUST BE SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYSTS WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND RECENT EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING AZURE DATA/DATA WAREHOUSE PROJECTS IN A FINANCIAL SERVICES, BANKING OR CAPITAL MARKETS ENTERPRISE. • CANDIDATES MUST HAVE RECENT FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE AND THE CLIENT WOULD LIKE TO SEE CERTIFICATIONS AS WELL. • NO RELOCATION & CANDIDATES MUST BE WITHIN ONE HOUR COMMUTE TO THE DALLAS/FT WORTH METROPLEX. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst. Required Skills • Finance Domain Knowledge: Financial data structures, KPIs, reporting needs, reconciliation concepts, and data accuracy/compliance expectations. • Data Modeling & Analysis: Strong capability in dimensional/logical modeling, data profiling, data quality analysis, and translating business logic into data structures. • Expert SQL: Advanced SQL for extraction, transformation/validation, performance tuning, and supporting analytics/reporting use cases. Preferred Skills • Azure (Preferred): Azure SQL Database/SQL Server, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks.
