Job Title: Business/Data Analyst (Payments Risk & Controls) Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months (possible extension or conversion) About the Role Join Operations Optimization & Enablement (OOE) to drive strategic transformation across Movement of Funds (incoming, outgoing, internal transfers). Lead implementation of payment risk controls, strengthen proactive risk frameworks, and enable streamlined, automated, and resilient operations. Key Responsibilities • Define and coordinate execution strategy for strategic payment control solutions • Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Lines of Defense to align delivery, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure transparent reporting • Drive standardized, best-practice program execution Ensure controls are: • Safe: Strong, accurate, timely control framework • Efficient: Highly automated, STP-focused, minimal manual work • Client-centric: Near real-time visibility and reporting • Complete: Product and legal-entity coverage • Future-ready: Scalable, extensible design Preferred Skills • Payments flows, types, and messaging expertise • Knowledge of Markets, SSO, TTS, Lending lifecycle • Understanding of technology architecture, workflows, and automation tools Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
