Synapri have partnered with a Software development organisation who are on the look out for a Business Data Analyst to support post-go-live activities across their Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite platforms. This role will be supporting across data reconciliation and analysis, execution and quality control, identifying and resolving root causes of data integrity issues, and partnering with teams across the Q2B lifecycle to restore confidence in the clients billing processes. This role would be ideal for someone with a specialism of working with businesses across there Quote to Bill lifecycles and streamlining the businesses order to cash journey!
Start date: ASAP (Max 2 weeks notice)
Rate: Outside IR35
Location: Remote with adhoc London travel
Duration: Initial 3 months with a view to extend
Skills required:
3–5 years of experience in data analysis, revenue operations, or order-to-cash lifecycle support.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite is required.
Experience with subscription billing models.
Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation and issue tracking.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Highly detail-oriented with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
