We’re looking to hire a Senior Business Data Analyst/BI Analyst for an on-site contract Position. Role: Senior Business Data Analyst/BI Analyst Location: Onsite in Austin, TX Duration: 9+ months contract Minimum Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields. • Proven ability to research, gather, and analyze data; prepare concise reports; and devise solutions to complex problems. • Expertise in transforming data into actionable insights and presenting findings to executive stakeholders. • Experience developing as-is / to-be data models to identify operational efficiencies. • Skilled in mapping data, establishing benchmarks, and creating frameworks for trend analysis and performance measurement. • Strong understanding of data policies and procedures and their impact on automated systems. • Ability to create metadata, tables, and user interfaces for clear reporting. • Proficiency in developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using advanced reporting tools.
