Business Data Analyst (Epic Cogito and Clarity)

Role: Business Data Architect (Epic Cogito and Clarity) Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months (Possible extension/Conversion) Required Skills & Experience: Looking for Business Architecture and Data Architecture with Business Analysis/Data Analysis background within Epic Cogito and Clarity Eight years of experience in data warehousing with designing multi-layered data warehouses and data marts using both relational and dimensional modeling techniques. -Eight years of experience in integrating data both at logical & physical levels. -Eight years working with multiple DBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Teradata, etc). -Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into data solutions. -Assertive (yet diplomatic) personality and the ability to handle change, excellent written and oral communication. -Strong understanding of Data Governance concepts, data lineage and meta-data management. -Strong consultative, presentation and conceptualization skills; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). -Proficiency in Erwin, Toad, or other Data Modeling tools. -Strong project management skills. -Thorough understanding of data architecture and modeling; proven experience to elicit requirements and develop constructs in conceptual and logical data models to support business. -Documentation of technical and business needs. Preferred Skills & Experience: -Experience with data manipulation and statistical analyses/model development (SQL, R, Python).
