Pay Rate: $79/hr on w2
Must Have:
- BA who has experience with data requirements and process improvements
- BA who has recently reconciled data sources and distinguished between them; able to articulate data from spreadsheets
- 6-10 years of experience a must (somebody who can work independently and autonomously)
- Excel skills and experience with AI required (Copilot)
- Alteryx experience preferred
- Financial products experience required (derivatives, assets, etc.)
Skills required:
- Strong expertise in business analysis, data analysis, and process improvement.
- Proven experience performing detailed data requirement analysis and gap analysis for financial and/or regulatory reporting.
- Deep understanding of financial services data, including: General Ledger and finance process
