Business Data Analyst New Jersey - Remote 12+ Months USC Only Contract C2C/W2 Job description We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to support and enhance reporting, data validation, and reconciliation processes for a large-scale financial system. This role is not a typical developer role it requires deep expertise in SQL, advanced Excel, and data validation, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data mismatches across systems, reports, and dashboards. Required Skills (Must Have) Core Skills • Strong expertise in SQL (Advanced Level) • Requires working knowledge across Snowflake, Informatica (ETL), and Tableau (BI) • Should have very good experience in Business Process Analysis • Must have experience in Physician Credentialing Role and Resposibilities: • Role involves automating physician onboarding and insurance credentialing workflows • Requires end-to-end ownership: scoping, development, testing, deployment • Exposure to data integration processes, file transfers (SFTP/email), and handling rejections • Environment includes multiple Snowflake databases across business domains Data Analysis • Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries • Generate summarised and transaction-based reports • Handle large datasets and ensure accurate aggregations and summaries • Support business teams with ad-hoc data requirements
