Job Description Job Title: Business Data Analyst Location: Columbia, SC Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 days remote) Duration: 12 months Client: Direct REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): • 5+ Years of Experience with Data Analysis & Data Mining using Excel and SQL • 5+ Years of Experience with Workflow and Process modeling • 5+ Years of Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), MS SharePoint • 5+ years of experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), driving and supporting modernization initiatives. PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): • Experience with security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, and CJIS. • Experience with NIST industry standard information security practice. • MS Project, MS Planner, MS DevOps Additional Skills • Ability to analyze and document business and system processes using various methods and tools. • Knowledge of Information Technology Field, best practices, organization, and operations • Written communication skills, verbal communication skills. • Understanding of IT DEVELOPMENT and IMPLEMENTATION projects. • Ability to deal effectively with the needs of technical peers, technical and user management, users, vendors, and staff members, and to communicate clearly and effectively in spoken and written form We are looking forward to working with you.
