Primary Skills: QuickBase-Expert, Qlik Sense-intermediate, SQL-Advanced, Data Analytics-Expert, Business Process- Advanced, Contract Type:  W2 Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Mountain View CA ( Hybrid) Pay Range: $56.00 - $61.00 Per Hour #LP Job Summary: This role involves managing Quickbases, utilizing big data analytics tools like Qlik Sense, and SQL to pull information for business recommendations and decision-making. You will leverage data to identify business opportunities, support strategy planning, and perform advanced analytics for risk strategies in payment products. The position requires collaboration across data teams to improve data utilization and inform business strategies with actionable insights derived from complex data analysis. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain Quickbase applications for business operations. • Utilize Qlik Sense, SQL, and other analytics tools to gather and analyze data for business insights. • Develop and oversee initiatives from insight identification to execution and outcome tracking. • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership, translating business requirements into actionable projects. • Support strategy planning with data synthesis from external and internal sources, contributing to risk strategies and solutions. Must-Have Skills: • Proficient in QuickBase and Qlik Sense for data analytics. • Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, including scripting for data migration and validation within ETL processes. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally across all levels of the organization. Industry Experience Required: • Background in Small Business Group (SBG) operations, with an understanding of customer analytics, acquisition, retention, and segmentation beneficial. • Knowledge in sourcing, procurement, and contract management is an advantage.
