You'll partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, utilizing your expertise in data science and analytics. Play a pivotal role in automating key reporting, advancing our data infrastructure, and delivering actionable insights across our Canadian operations. Key Responsibilities • Develop, automate, and maintain key performance metrics and reporting for Canadian operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, reduce customer service friction, and ensure service consistency across English and French-speaking demographics. • Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure, adapting core models and dashboards to meet Canadian-specific requirements. • Analyze operational efficiency metrics to guide staffing, routing, and tooling decisions, supporting seasonal readiness and execution. • Influence strategic decisions through compelling data-driven storytelling and insightful analysis of customer feedback. Must-Have Skills • Exceptional proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis. • Advanced experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Qlik. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to communicate complex insights effectively. Industry Experience • Proven track record in analytics or data science within operational or customer service domains. Experience in the Canadian market or bilingual English/French capabilities preferred. This position requires a blend of technical excellence, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
