Warren, NJ / Remote (US) Long Term Contract Overview • We are seeking a Insurance domain BA with Data projects experience • Experienced Insurance Domain Expert to lead data migration projects within our organization. • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance industry, data management principles, and hands-on experience in executing successful data migration initiatives. Key Responsibilities Industry Expertise Data Migration Leadership • Plan, design, and implement comprehensive data migration strategies to facilitate smooth transitions between systems. • Oversee the entire data migration process, including data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and loading (ETL / ELT). Collaboration and Communication Risk Management • Identify potential data migration risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and integrity. Training and Support Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the P&C insurance domain with a focus on data migration projects. • 5+ years experience with insurance products, underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements. • 7+ years experience in data migration tools and techniques, with experience in ETL processes. • 7 - 10 years experience as a consultant with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Additional Requirements Policy Administration Handled quoting, rating, underwriting, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. Worked on Tools: Guidewire PolicyCenter, Duck Creek Billing Management Managed the entire billing and collections cycle. Integrations worked on : ERP systems, financial reporting tools Claims Management Supported intake, triage, segmentation, loss assessment, and settlement. Worked on Technologies: NLP, OCR, ML for fraud detection and predictive analytics Worked on Tools: ClaimCenter, RPA bots, virtual chatbots Reinsurance Data & Analytics Integration & Ecosystem
