Job Title: Sr Business Analyst
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months C2H
Interview Process: Video Interview
Tax Terms: W2 Only, Own Corp Applicants,
Visa: U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders only (due to government contract requirements)
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall methodology and experience working in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite (Oracle) and SAP modules.
• Experience integrating ERP systems with ServiceNow (ITSM workflows, APIs, or middleware).
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to perform data profiling, data validation, and data quality checks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to lead meetings and influence stakeholders.
• Experience drafting business cases, requirements documents, and integration specifications
