Business Data Analyst (Market Risk)

Role : Business Data Analyst (Market Risk) Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: Contract to Hire Pay Range: $80-$90hr 10+ years in Market Risk, Risk Technology, Quant Analytics, or Front Office Technology. Strong understanding of VaR, Stress Testing, Scenario Analysis, Expected Shortfall, Greeks, and market risk frameworks. Experience across asset classes: Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities, and Derivatives. Deep knowledge of regulations such as FRTB, Basel III/IV, CCAR, and ICAAP. Advanced Python and SQL skills for automation, analytics, and risk platform development. Experience with Power BI/Tableau for risk reporting and dashboards. Ability to lead large-scale risk technology projects, system upgrades, UAT, and regulatory implementations. Strong stakeholder management with Risk Managers, Traders, Quants, and Technology teams.
