Title: Analyst Mainstream II (Technical Business Systems Analyst) Pay Rate: $71 per hour Location: North Chicago, Illinois 60064 Duration: Until Dec/2026 Type – W2 contract (No C2C) Job Description: The Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Data Analyst serves as a strategic partner to Procurement business clients, translating highly complex business requests, processes, and data needs into scalable analytical solutions. This role is responsible for transforming procurement use cases into standardized data products and Power BI visualizations that support ad hoc analysis, operational reporting, and advanced analytics, including AI-enabled models. Working across business, technical, and offshore teams, the Technical BSA ensures solutions are aligned with business objectives, data governance standards, compliance requirements, and successful delivery through the full system lifecycle. Top 3–5 Required Skills • Advanced expertise in Power BI for building dashboards from scratch, including data flows, visualizations, and reporting • Strong SQL proficiency (3+ years) for data querying, extraction, and transformation • Hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation, automation, and analytics workflows • Experience with Dataiku (or similar tools like Alteryx, SAS, or DataRobot) for data preparation and ML pipelines • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities Required Skills & Responsibilities • End-to-end data solutioning and analytics support • Build Power BI dashboards from scratch • Develop prototypes and data-driven solutions • Work with SharePoint for collaboration and documentation • Utilize Dataiku (or similar platforms) for data workflows • Strong SQL expertise for data handling • Perform data wrangling and visualization Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with SAP, especially P2P modules • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry • Background in procurement and/or finance systems • Experience with Amazon Redshift
