Business Data Analyst

Title: Business Data Consultant Duration: 12 months (possible extension/ conversion) Location: Charlotte, NC Hybrid Job Summary Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and solid data analysis skills. Hands-on exposure to data, SQL, and Oracle OFSAA. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working between business stakeholders and technical teams to support regulatory and risk reporting initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to regulatory reporting and compliance. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand regulatory needs (e.g., finance, risk, compliance). • Translate regulatory and business requirements into clear functional specifications. • Perform data analysis and validation to support regulatory reports and submissions. • Collaborate with technical teams working on Oracle OFSAA platforms. • Support data quality checks and ensure accuracy and consistency of regulatory data.
