Job Title: Business & Data Analyst – Supply Chain Systems
Job Overview: Stratfield is seeking a Business & Data Analyst to support a warehouse operations team by administering a digital daily management system and analyzing operational data. This role involves system support, troubleshooting, data quality validation, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of analytical thinking, systems support, and business analysis capabilities. Prior experience with enterprise reporting tools, warehouse management systems, or other supply chain software is preferred.
This is a 12-month contract position with full-time hours. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities:
· Administer and support a digital daily management system used in distribution center operations
· Provide day-to-day system troubleshooting and technical support during business hours (9–5)
· Execute basic queries and perform data quality checks
· Contribute to configuration updates and process improvements over time
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to define system enhancements and process requirements
· Analyze operational data and assist in building, maintaining, and refining dashboards
· Identify trends and insights to support data-driven decision making
Qualifications:
· 3–8 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or data analytics
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot software/system issues
· Experience building or refining dashboards using enterprise reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
· Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), supply chain platforms, or enterprise business systems
· Proficiency in querying and handling data for analysis and reporting
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to gather and document business requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience supporting users in operational environments such as warehouses or distribution centers
· Exposure to system configuration or administration
· Knowledge of supply chain metrics and KPIs
