Job Description:
Lead and oversee claims operations within the Auto Lines domain to ensure efficient and effective claims processing
Develop and implement claims strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance claims handling processes and improve customer satisfaction Gathering, interpreting, and analyzing business data from multiple sources.
Developing and maintaining databases, data systems, and data analytics tools.
Designing, creating, and maintaining comprehensive reports and visualizations.
Identifying trends and patterns to provide actionable insights.
Communicating findings and suggesting solutions to business challenges.
Mentor and guide junior team members to build capabilities within the claims function
Stay updated with industry best practices regulatory changes and technological advancements relevant to Personal Lines claims Support the development and deployment of digital tools and automation in claims processing to increase efficiency
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage complex claims scenarios and provide expert guidance on claims adjudication and settlement Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all claims activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize claims workflows and reduce turnaround times Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners such as insurers brokers and legal teams to resolve claims issues Lead risk assessment and mitigation efforts related to claims exposure Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on claims performance and strategic initiatives Champion a customercentric approach in claims handling to enhance service quality and retention
