Overview:
We are seeking a Business / Data Analyst with a background in the restaurant industry to support our clientβs Card Marketing team in a marketing operations capacity. This role is ideal for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in systems implementation or tool configuration, particularly in environments where internal platforms are set up and customized for both internal teams and external-facing programs.
Responsibilities:
β’ Support and configure internal marketing tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Excel-based reporting).
β’ Execute setup and customization of tools to enable campaign tracking and event fulfillment.
β’ Maintain accuracy across systems, run reports, and ensure performance metrics are tracked.
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
β’ Manage ongoing updates and adjustments to platforms based on program needs.
Qualifications:
β’ 3β5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a marketing operations or software tools environment.
β’ 2+ Years of experience within the Restaurant Industry functioning in the role of a Business or Data Analyst
β’ Experience configuring or implementing software tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms).
β’ Strong Excel and reporting skills; data-driven mindset is a plus.
β’ Excellent attention to detail, time management, and project coordination abilities.
β’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Self-starter who can quickly learn new platforms and adapt to changing priorities.
β’ Must be flexible with work hours and able to support a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
NOTE: This is a remote position, however candidates located in the New York area strongly preferred for this long-term contract opportunity. Must be able to work flexible hours to meet the customer's needs.
