This hybrid role blends business analysis, process optimization, and technical expertise to deliver impactful solutions for internal and external stakeholders. This position focuses specifically on health, state and local, and international projects. Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Business Process Optimization:
β’ Partner with stakeholders to analyze workflows and define business requirements aimed at driving efficiency and achieving organizational objectives for health, state and local contracts and international clients
β’ Develop, document, and continuously refine business development workflows, ensuring alignment with key metrics and organizational goals
β’ Act as the key liaison between technical teams and leadership to promote seamless communication of requirements and deliverables
β’ Gather, evaluate, and analyze process insights to improve reporting efficiency, pipeline management, and overall performance
β’ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by creating detailed process documentation and flow diagrams to guide workflow improvements
Technical Analysis & Solution Deployment:
β’ Support the adoption and optimization of tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI, and Tableau to enhance monitoring, reporting, and analysis across functional teams
Produce data-driven dashboards, status reports, and performance summaries for leadership and end-

β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 4 years of experience. Must have a Masters and 3 years of hands on experience. May consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
β’ Proven experience as a business process or technical analyst working within product development, business workflow analysis, or state and local business pipelines
Skills and Competencies:
β’ Expertise in business process analysis, process visualization tools, and workflow optimization methodologies
β’ Proficiency with tools like Excel, ServiceNow, Tableau, Power BI, or other technical reporting and visualization tools
β’ Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
β’ Understanding of state and local business development practices preferred but not required
