β’ Excellent documentation and communication skills
β’ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and structured requirement gathering techniques
Day to Day
Insight Global is seeking a fully remote FHIR Technical Business Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document both business and technical requirements. You will partner closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of FHIR-based solutions and perform detailed API request/response data mapping. This includes validating integration points, conducting FHIR resource mapping, and ensuring compliance with interoperability standards. You will analyze healthcare data sets to generate meaningful, actionable insights. This role requires running queries against SQL and NoSQL databases for data validation and reporting, as well as using tools such as Postman and SoapUI to test APIs and troubleshoot issues. You will also prepare comprehensive documentationβworkflows, data mappings, and system specifications. Effective communication with both clinical and technical teams is essential to bridge gaps and ensure project alignment.

β’ Develop solution artifacts, documentation, and required technical layouts
β’ Support API development and associated data translation needs
Technical Skills
β’ SQL and NoSQL database experience
β’ Data mapping expertise
β’ API development and integration
β’ Data translation aligned with CMS standards
β’ Ability to produce system layouts and functional/technical artifacts
