Job Title – Data Tools & Reporting Platform Admin-BOBJ, PowerBI Job Location: Alpharetta GA-Hybrid 2 days a week Job Type: 6 Month Contact to hire Note: This is not a BI developer or Dashboard Builder role. The core need is: Reporting platform administration (Power BI + SAP BusinessObjects / BOBJ are MUST-HAVE) Platform ops: user provisioning, gateways, upgrades, monitoring, uptime Enterprise, regulated environment mindset Azure exposure + Snowflake familiarity Someone comfortable owning runbooks, SOPs, incidents, and production support Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Data Tools & Reporting Platform Engineer with strong experience in administering enterprise reporting tools and supporting modern cloud-based data environments. This role will support the administration, configuration, and operational management of reporting platforms—primarily Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ)—with additional exposure to Tableau preferred. The ideal candidate has solid experience with Snowflake, Azure cloud services, and a willingness to work across multiple tools in the data ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in operational readiness, business continuity, platform standards, and enabling self-service analytics across the enterprise. Required Qualifications • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in reporting tool administration. • Strong expertise in Power BI and BOBJ administration (must-have). • Experience with Snowflake (role management, monitoring, basic SQL). • Cloud experience—Azure preferred, AWS/GCP nice to have. • Understanding of authentication, SSO, gateways, and access/security models. • Working knowledge of service management, incident processes, and business continuity practices. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple tools. Preferred Skills • Tableau Server administration experience. • Experience with Dataiku, Collibra, Matillion, Delphix, GitHub Enterprise, or similar tools. • Familiarity with CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices for data. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
