Role description

By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, theyβre fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities
β’ Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using BI tools to track key performance indicators
β’ Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven insights
β’ Analyze trends, performance drivers, and changes to support operational and strategic decisions
β’ Clean, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
β’ Work with warehouse management and transportation management system data to support logistics and supply chain reporting
β’ Define and standardize metrics to ensure alignment across teams
β’ Communicate insights through clear visualizations, summaries, and presentations
β’ Take ownership of analytics work and continuously improve data quality, tools, and processes
Skills And Qualifications
β’ 3 to 6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related roles
β’ Strong SQL skills with experience handling large and complex datasets
β’ Hands-on experience building KPI dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Sigma, Mode, or similar platforms
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
β’ Experience with data manipulation and transformation
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
β’ Comfort working in ambiguous situations and iterating based on feedback
Preferred
β’ Experience working with supply chain, logistics, or operational systems such as WMS or TMS
β’ Experience with marketplace, operations, or fulfillment analytics
β’ Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modern analytics stacks
β’ Experience analyzing time-series data and operational performance trends
β’ Interest in advanced analytics, experimentation, or forecasting
