Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with strong expertise in data analytics and Power BI. This role focuses on preparing data, designing impactful visualizations, and delivering data-driven insights that support business decision-making for teams operating within Agile and SAFe frameworks. The ideal candidate is self-directed and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Primary Responsibilities
• Prepare, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver business-focused analytics
• Support Agile teams by providing metrics related to Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Required Qualifications / Technical Skills
• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role
• Proven expertise in Power BI for reporting and visualization (required)
• Strong experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation (required)
• Advanced knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) (required)
• Experience with ETL processes and data preparation (required)
• Familiarity with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies (required)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent work skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications / Technical Skills
• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality management
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred)
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools
• Strong Python skills for data preprocessing and scientific modeling embedded within Power BI
