Location: Quincy, MA 02169 - Need Locals
Interview: 1st round video / 2nd round onsite
Description:
• Business Intelligence & Reporting Sr. Analysts , Key Risk Indicator (KRI), Key Performance Indicator (KPI), and Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) metrics.
• The Sr. Analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing, reporting, and challenging metric data for Technology Infrastructure.
• They participate in initiatives and recommend opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness of risk identification through metrics.
• Those who desire to work as a BI analyst should demonstrate a strong understanding of managerial and professional skill sets.
• BI analysts are generally tasked with collaborating with a team of cross-departmental managers and are usually expected to be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities.
• They should also be well versed in many different aspects of business administration.
• Presentation skills are also a must as BI analysts are often expected to chair meetings discussing organizational data and future directions of the company.
• BI analysts should exhibit proficiency in many different Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
• It is also expected that analysts will naturally demonstrate superior creative thinking and decision-making abilities consistently in their work.
• Finally, analysts should be capable of working within a diverse, global workforce that is consumer oriented.
Duration:
• 6-month contract, no plans for contract extensions
Must-Have Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience
• Key Risk Indicator (KRI), Key Performance Indicator (KPI), and/or Risk Appetite Statement (Ras) metric experience.
• Technology Infrastructure (e.g., Obsolescence, Vulnerability Patching, Storage Capacity, etc.)
• Quality Control or Risk Appetite Self-Assessment (RCSA) Testing
• Strong Excel Skills
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication/Presentation Skills
Nice-to-Haves:
• PowerBI/PowerApps
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
