Business Intelligence Analyst

BI Intelligence Analyst Hybrid 3 days/week in NYC 3+ month long contract Summary: Seeking a proactive and technically skilled BI Data Analyst to support revenue strategy and sales initiatives through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume data environments and is passionate about streamlining workflows and delivering impactful business intelligence. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting tools • Optimize and clean data within the existing data lake infrastructure • Validate and transform large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market and observatory data • Rebuild legacy reports and create new analytics solutions to support strategic decision-making • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements • Translate raw data into actionable insights across revenue, admissions, occupancy, and capacity metrics Qualifications • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel • Experience working with large datasets (millions of rows) • Strong understanding of data validation, technical optimization, and trend analysis • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (no Tableau required) • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic, resilient, and initiative-driven approach • Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting streams • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Prior experience in revenue analytics or sales data preferred Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 55/hr to 62/hr.
