Description • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to meet stakeholder needs. • Analyse complex datasets to provide actionable insights for the retail business. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy. • Support the Analytics department in creating predictive models and trend analyses. • Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis. • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. • Provide training and support to team members on business intelligence tools and systems. • Stay updated on the latest BI technologies and suggest relevant implementations.
