One of my clients is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst - Mountain View, CA or San Diego, CA (HYBRID) for a contact role. W2 only! • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar analytical role. • Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with SQL and either Python or R. Expertise in QlikSense is required; Tableau experience is a plus. • Dashboard & Reporting: Proven ability to design and deliver impactful BI dashboards and reports that support business decisions. • Automation & Scripting: Skilled in developing and maintaining automated reporting pipelines and scripting for data transformation and delivery. • Data Architecture: Solid understanding of data modeling, relational databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. • Analytical Thinking: Capable of interpreting complex datasets, identifying patterns, detecting data anomalies, and providing actionable recommendations. • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.
