Hybrid (3 days in office 2 remote)
Business Analyst to support our Business Intelligence Team. This position acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into actionable solutions. The role will support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of BI applications, including SharePoint, Power BI, and SQL Server-based tools, while also guiding process improvements and strategic insights across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Serve as a primary point of contact for gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
β’ Support and enhance BI applications with a focus on Power BI, SharePoint, and SQL Server.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product roadmaps, backlog grooming, and solution evaluations.
β’ Conduct user acceptance testing, training, and documentation for new systems and updates.
β’ Continuously monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
β’ Adhere to ITSM and PMO processes, utilizing approved templates and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Power BI and strong understanding of SQL Server.
β’ Experience creating documentation (use cases, requirements, test cases, user manuals).
β’ Familiarity with software development life cycles (Agile, Waterfall).
β’ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and vendors.
Preferred:
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio SSIS
