Your journey begins here Your Responsibilities • Development and creation of reports which will support the Customer Service Division. • Analysis of trends and report variances • Automation of Reporting: Usage of reporting tools/systems (e.g. SAP BI/BO, SQL, Amazon Web Services etc.) which allow an automated visualisation of standard reports • Design and implement applications (software/tool engineering) with high quality from requirements in order to improve operative business processes • Process analysis and process optimisation Your Profile • Advanced SQL and data structures knowledge • Proficient in data visualization tool - Power BI • Experience in SSRS or other data visualization tools • A customer-oriented and strategic mindset, underpinned by a strong commercial focus, enabling the identification and pursuit of opportunities that align with both customer needs and business objectives • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Your Benefits • Bonus Scheme. • Life Assurance. • Enhanced Holiday Entitlement. • Contributory Pension Scheme. • Employee Discount and Access to BSH Reward website. • Training and Development Opportunities
