Role description
Position:- Power BI Analyst Address:- Lithia, Florida 33547 Hybrid Details:- 2-3 days in office DURATION:- Long term 1 year, possibility to go CTH (MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERT WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP) DEGREE REQUIRED:- Yes- Finance or IT MUST HAVES/ Notes:- β€’ In the middle of a digital acceleration project to merge systems together β€’ Help with product ownership and development β€’ No data ingestion just data modeling in Power Bi β€’ Need to be able to build a visualization in power Bi β€’ Finance background is key (commercial or supply chain background is helpful too) β€’ Someone to lead a project β€’ Acumen in the finance space β€’ Someone that can speak to IT and Finance β€’ Correct issues with dashboards β€’ Likes candidates that can do a little bit of everything (wire framing, meeting customers) β€’ Likes hybrid of IT/Finance background β€’ Bulk of the work : Product owner side (not development) β€’ Very tech savvy, tech curious β€’ Experience working in large enterprise system – S4 a huge plus β€’ Needs to be resourceful (use YouTube/Chat GPT to learn on their own) β€’ Understanding of Manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, corporate functions, HR β€’ Will be supporting multiple depts for intake support β€’ This person needs to be a driver, not an order taker and help lead the conversation β€’ Need someone who can be ready for chaos and change β€’ Development team is struggling so if this person can do development would be super helpful. β€’ Hybrid-Fish hawk (in office 1-3 days/week) β€’ Fiori experience would excellent too β€’ AI experience would be a huge plus KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: PRODUCT OWNERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT: β€’ Lead the project to merge systems, focusing on product ownership rather than development. β€’ Assist in data modeling in Power BI; no data ingestion required. β€’ Build and present visualizations in Power BI to stakeholders. FINANCE EXPERTISE: β€’ Utilize your finance background (commercial or supply chain experience is a plus) to inform project decisions. β€’ Provide financial acumen and insights to support various business functions. LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION β€’ Drive project conversations, leading and influencing stakeholders across multiple departments. β€’ Conduct wire framing and meet with customers to gather requirements and provide updates. β€’ Support intake processes for different departments including manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, corporate functions, and HR. TECHNICAL SKILLS: β€’ Demonstrate a strong understanding of large enterprise systems. β€’ Be resourceful in learning and problem-solving, using platforms like YouTube and Chat GPT. β€’ Experience with S4/HANA and Fiori is highly desirable. ADAPTABILITY AND PROBLEM SOLVING: β€’ Thrive in a chaotic and changing environment. β€’ Provide development support to the struggling development team if needed. QUALIFICATIONS: β€’ Proven experience in a product ownership role, preferably within a digital transformation or system merger project. β€’ Strong background in finance, with additional knowledge in commercial or supply chain management. β€’ Proficient in Power BI for data modeling and visualization. β€’ Hands-on experience with large enterprise systems, particularly S4/HANA and Fiori. β€’ Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive conversations and influence stakeholders. β€’ Tech-savvy, with a curiosity and aptitude for learning new technologies and tools independently. β€’ Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days per week in the office. PREFERRED SKILLS: β€’ Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, corporate functions, or HR. β€’ Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities.
