Business Intelligence Analyst

Position:- Power BI Analyst Address:- Lithia, Florida 33547 Hybrid Details:- 2-3 days in office DURATION:- Long term 1 year, possibility to go CTH (MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERT WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP) DEGREE REQUIRED:- Yes- Finance or IT MUST HAVES/ Notes:- • In the middle of a digital acceleration project to merge systems together • Help with product ownership and development • No data ingestion just data modeling in Power Bi • Need to be able to build a visualization in power Bi • Finance background is key (commercial or supply chain background is helpful too) • Someone to lead a project • Acumen in the finance space • Someone that can speak to IT and Finance • Correct issues with dashboards • Likes candidates that can do a little bit of everything (wire framing, meeting customers) • Likes hybrid of IT/Finance background • Bulk of the work : Product owner side (not development) • Very tech savvy, tech curious • Experience working in large enterprise system – S4 a huge plus • Needs to be resourceful (use YouTube/Chat GPT to learn on their own) • Understanding of Manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, corporate functions, HR • Will be supporting multiple depts for intake support • This person needs to be a driver, not an order taker and help lead the conversation • Need someone who can be ready for chaos and change • Development team is struggling so if this person can do development would be super helpful. • Hybrid-Fish hawk (in office 1-3 days/week) • Fiori experience would excellent too • AI experience would be a huge plus KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: PRODUCT OWNERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT: • Lead the project to merge systems, focusing on product ownership rather than development. • Assist in data modeling in Power BI; no data ingestion required. • Build and present visualizations in Power BI to stakeholders. FINANCE EXPERTISE: • Utilize your finance background (commercial or supply chain experience is a plus) to inform project decisions. • Provide financial acumen and insights to support various business functions. LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION • Drive project conversations, leading and influencing stakeholders across multiple departments. • Conduct wire framing and meet with customers to gather requirements and provide updates. • Support intake processes for different departments including manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, corporate functions, and HR. TECHNICAL SKILLS: • Demonstrate a strong understanding of large enterprise systems. • Be resourceful in learning and problem-solving, using platforms like YouTube and Chat GPT. • Experience with S4/HANA and Fiori is highly desirable. ADAPTABILITY AND PROBLEM SOLVING: • Thrive in a chaotic and changing environment. • Provide development support to the struggling development team if needed. QUALIFICATIONS: • Proven experience in a product ownership role, preferably within a digital transformation or system merger project. • Strong background in finance, with additional knowledge in commercial or supply chain management. • Proficient in Power BI for data modeling and visualization. • Hands-on experience with large enterprise systems, particularly S4/HANA and Fiori. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive conversations and influence stakeholders. • Tech-savvy, with a curiosity and aptitude for learning new technologies and tools independently. • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days per week in the office. PREFERRED SKILLS: • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, corporate functions, or HR. • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities.
