BI Analyst Location: Peoria, IL Job Type: W2 Contract, potential to extend Schedule: 100% onsite, 40 hours a week Pay Range: $35-$42 per hour depending on experience and benefits Position’s Contributions to Work Group: • Pulling data from various Company sources and combining the data into visual tools for communication to the greater supporting teams. Education & Experience Required: • Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required. • 2-4 years experience required. Top 3 Skills: • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities. • Knowledge of Snowflake, SQL coding Power BI, Excel • Proficiency in work order analysis and competitive landscape assessment. Additional Technical Skills: • Expertise in LENs data and the Company work order data. • Expertise in Dealer Service Operations Experience and Work Order Structure Soft Skills: • Strategic ability to anticipate and address customer needs to drive business growth. • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. #INDOEM
