Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer Location: Juno Beach, FL (On-Site) Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team on-site in Juno Beach, FL. This role collaborates closely with agile teams and business stakeholders to design and deliver reporting solutions that drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will leverage enterprise data platforms and data warehouse environments to develop impactful reports, analytics, and visualizations, while ensuring data integrity, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and manage reporting catalogs; evaluate new requests against existing assets and recommend enhancements or decommissioning • Align reporting solutions with business strategies, ensuring consistency across multiple programs and initiatives • Integrate disparate data sources within the data platform/data warehouse into a unified reporting framework • Collaborate with Principal Solutions Architects to optimize data platform design and reporting tool performance, enhancing the end-user experience • Participate in full lifecycle BI development including analysis, design, development, integration, enhancement, and production support • Contribute to defining project scope for complex initiatives and serve as a point of contact when needed • Support functional, technical, and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot and resolve defects • Develop and maintain database tables, views, and optimize SQL queries and indexing strategies • Establish and maintain BI/reporting best practices and standards • Build strong cross-functional relationships and contribute to team and organizational goals Required Qualifications • 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, including report and data source development • Proven experience designing reporting architectures, dashboards, and portals using Power BI • Strong knowledge of Power BI security, administration, and Microsoft BI stack technologies • Advanced expertise in Power BI datasets, including complex calculations and data modeling • Proficiency with MS SQL Server BI tools and technologies (SSRS, SQL, Power Query, MDX, DAX) • Experience with AWS and Amazon Redshift • Strong SQL development and query optimization skills • Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and methodologies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in project-based environments • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within team settings Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
