Description Remote Our client seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst who will partner with business owners and technical peers to intake requests, develop analytical proposals and solutions, and document processes. The role will maintain, build, and optimize a data warehouse, automated data flows, and an analytics-as-a-service environment. The analyst will perform data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, productionization, data enrichment, and storytelling. The role will drive automation to help the organization scale and will report proposals, roadmaps, solutions, and project updates to leadership on a regular basis. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality analytics and reports. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $50.00 to $55.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities • Partner with business owners and technical peers to intake requests and define analytical solutions with documented processes. • Maintain, build, and optimize the data warehouse, automated data pipelines, and analytics-as-a-service environment. • Perform BI work across data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, productionization, enrichment, and storytelling. • Drive and implement automation to enable scalable and flexible analytics operations. • Report proposals, roadmaps, solutions, and project updates to leadership on a regular cadence. • Create Tableau dashboards and reports for sales and marketing analytics. • Collaborate with analysts in a peer-learning environment and contribute to team development. • Work independently to analyze data and produce accurate reports and insights. Experience Requirements • 2+ years of experience with Tableau. • 2+ years of experience with SQL and database management. • Strong SQL skills, including writing queries, query optimization, debugging, and building user-defined functions, views, and indexes. • Experience with Amazon Redshift. • Preferred: Experience with AWS services. • Preferred: Experience with GitHub. • Clear, outcome-focused work history that demonstrates measurable impact. • Balanced analytics focus without heavy data engineering tool sprawl.
