Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (AI Enablement & Data Platform Services) Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite) Hourly Rate: $60-$65 per hour Note: This role is open to U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only (W2 employment required) About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst to drive AI Enablement and Data Platform initiatives, focusing on AI-ready data, governance, and scalable enterprise adoption. Key Responsibilities • Lead requirements across AWS data platforms (S3, Redshift, Glue, SageMaker), data governance, and data quality • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and AI readiness frameworks (Jira/Confluence, SAFe) • Define AI governance standards (responsible AI, compliance, data policies) • Develop executive presentations, business cases, ROI models, and dashboards • Act as liaison with AI Hub, managing use-case intake and vendor PoCs • Support BI & data tools (Power BI, Qlik, Informatica) and observability initiatives Required Skills • 5+ years in Business Analysis (Data/IT/Analytics) • 2+ years with AI/ML or data-driven initiatives • Strong experience with AWS data platforms • Expertise in data governance, quality, lineage, observability • Agile/SAFe®, Jira, Confluence • Strong stakeholder communication & analytical skills Tech Stack SQL | Power BI | Qlik | Tableau | AWS | AI/ML concepts | Data Catalog tools Nice to Have • Exposure to Palantir Foundry / Datadog / watsonx • Experience in AI governance & global data environments
