Business Intelligence Analyst

Position: Business Intelligence Analyst Location: Fort Worth, Texas Duration: Contract Job ID: 176846 Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence. The candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining position-level change tracking and analytics across HR and finance data. This role requires translating complex position lifecycle events into clear, auditable data flows and dashboards to support analysis and decision-making. The ideal candidate will work onsite 100% at Skyview 8, Building B, and collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Design and maintain position-level change tracking and analytics across HR and finance data. • Translate complex position lifecycle events (creation, elimination, modification, replacement, overlap, etc.) into clear, auditable data flows and dashboards. • Analyze and interpret messy, event-driven data from multiple source systems. • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability. • Support decision-making processes through actionable insights derived from data analytics. Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence. • Proficiency in handling complex, event-driven data from multiple source systems. • Strong skills in creating clear and auditable data flows and dashboards. • Experience working with HR, Finance, and Operations teams. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
