Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX, USA Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a results-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role will help transform complex data into meaningful insights to drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and skilled in data visualization and BI tools. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting needs. • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. • Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights. • Design and implement ETL processes to support data integrity and accuracy. • Work with cross-functional teams to support data governance and best practices. • Translate business needs into technical BI solutions. • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) using data-driven approaches. • Document processes, methodologies, and analytical findings. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Business, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related role. • Experience working with manufacturing ERP systems. • Strong functional knowledge in one or more areas (e.g., Financials, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales). • Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Looker. • Strong SQL skills and experience querying complex data sets. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities. Preferred Skills • Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server). • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python or R) for analytics tasks. • Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms.
