Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst - Mid-Level Location: Remote Job Summary: We are seeking talented professionals to support the delivery of actionable insights and high-quality data visualizations for business decision-making. Responsibilities • Prepare and clean data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis. • Design and develop data visualizations with Power BI to effectively communicate insights. • Analyze data trends, patterns, and provide actionable findings for business stakeholders. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver relevant insights in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Experience/Minimum Requirements • 5-10 years’ experience interpreting business data, with a strong background in data analytics and Power BI. • Proficiency with SQL for querying and manipulating data; strong DAX skills for data aggregation and analysis. • Experience with data preparation and ETL processes, including familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. • Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodologies including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban.
