---------NO C2C---------NO C2C--------NO C2C---------NO C2C-------- Terms of Employment : β€’ W2 Contract-to-Hire, 12 Mont hs β€’ Remote Opportunity (Works in ET or CT Zone timing s) Overvi ew: Our Client is seeking a Senior Health Intelligence Programmer who is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining the core data processing platforms of the company, driving business solutions by querying existing databases to create data models for actionable reporting, and creating and maintaining reporting applications that result in efficient data extracti on.. Responsibili ties: β€’ Responsible for designing, developing reports, analyzing raw data and identifying data and report discrepancies and deploying Enterprise and External Client grade critical Re ports. β€’ Responsible for administering, configuring, managing and monitoring reporting platforms, security, processes, identifying and troubleshooting issues, managing upg rades. β€’ Responsible for managing report security, access, archival, retention, assistance in a udits. β€’ Collaborate with various function teams such as operations, marketing, research, and IT to achieve business re sults. β€’ Prepare accurate and relevant reports that provide insight regarding key points for leadership and cl ients. β€’ Able to independently profile data and test output and, produce support document ation. β€’ Research data discrepancies, performance and troubleshoots SQL Code, underlying transformations, SSIS Packages, views, stored proce dures. β€’ Utilize reporting methodology to communicate needs to Data Analysts for report progr amming β€’ Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers and changes in financial and business trends for leadership decision m aking. β€’ Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules. β€’ Mentor Juniors, Train peers and, adopt and share Best Practices with the team. β€’ Able to communicate with stakeholders, manage expectations and prioritize deliver ables. Required Skills & Expe rience: β€’ Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of relative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and exp erience. β€’ High proficiency in SQL, well-developed analytical skills especially in D atabase. β€’ High proficiency in Cognos Reporting Tool, Framework Manager and Cognos Server Administration. Additional tools preferred - SSRS, Power BI, Tableau β€’ Experience in data architecture, data modeling and performanc e tuning β€’ High Proficiency with tools – Toad, DBeaver, Workbench, SSMS, SS AS, SSIS β€’ Proficiency in Story Telling via Data Visualization and User Experience Design. β€’ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to meet time-sensitive de adlines. β€’ Working on Data Warehouse or similar data repository envir onments. β€’ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is r equired. Preferred Skills & Ex perience: β€’ Maste r's degree β€’ General knowledge of business operations, programs, outcomes, system inputs and outputs to support accurate reports t o clients. β€’ Prior experience working with healthcare claims, utilization / case manag ement data β€’ Knowledge or Experience in Healthcare domain o r industry β€’ Familiarity with Visual Studio and TFS/Azure DevOps sourc e control. β€’ Familiarity with agile me thodology. β€’ Experience supporting ETL de velopment. β€’ Experience in scripting languages - Unix/Shell, Py thon, etc. β€’ Experience with development methodology – Agile, SDLC in regulate d industry\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_nTech is an equal opportunity employer.
