Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst – People Analytics Location: Remote Duration: 05 Months Pay Rate: $68.35/hr on W2 Overview: The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the People Analytics team by developing dashboards, integrating HR data, and delivering insights that drive data-informed decisions. This role combines technical BI skills with strong business acumen to support HR and organizational strategies. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports for HR and business leaders. • Extract, transform, and integrate data from Databricks, HR systems, and other sources. • Build and automate reports aligned with business needs. • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Identify trends and patterns in people data to support strategic planning. • Optimize tools, databases, and workflows for efficiency and data accuracy. • Communicate findings through clear visualizations and data storytelling. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field. • 3–5+ years of experience in BI, Data, or People Analytics. • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio; SQL and Databricks preferred. • Experience with HR or workforce data (recruiting, engagement, turnover, etc.). • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: • Experience with data modeling, ETL, and data governance. • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors. • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
