Business Intelligence Analyst - Supply Chain (Remote)

Job Summary We are seeking a versatile Business Intelligence Analyst to bridge the gap between complex data analytics and global supply chain operations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional business units, map stakeholder needs to technical requirements, and deliver production-ready dashboard solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive measurable operational improvements within a fast-paced, cloud-based data environment. location: Telecommute job type: Contract salary: $41.21 - 51.21 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities • Extract, analyze, and manipulate large datasets to support critical business planning and order fulfillment activities. • Design, construct, and refresh intuitive Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into key operational metrics and program outcomes. • Serve as a liaison between operations teams and technical groups to translate business requirements into actionable development roadmaps. • Evaluate process anomalies and conduct cost-benefit analyses to optimize system efficiencies and mitigate supply chain risks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. 5-7 years of professional experience in data analytics, business systems analysis, or reporting disciplines. Minimum of 3 years of direct experience supporting supply chain operations, master data, or fulfillment processes. Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tracking tools. Must be able to align fully with Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
